17/10 to 24/10/2020 - Porlock Weir to Saunton Sands (6days - 51.1mls)

This week Team SWCP were based in Ilfracombe to fill the gap on the North Devon Coast between Porlock Weir and Saunton Sands, David and Fiona having started with Minehead to Porlock Weir and Barnstaple to Saunton Sands in 2014.

The base was an apartment called "On the Rocks" overlooking Capstone Hill and the harbour area ...

Again we were able to tailor the schedule to allow Justine to do her ZOOM pilates and yoga classes on a few of the mornings. The weather was reasonably kind but we had to reschedule the Wednesday walk to do the Combe Martin to Ilfracombe walk in the wet so that we could do the more challenging walk from Hunters Inn to Combe Martin the following day.
